Read the height twice: the figure on the size selector is the stone shade alone. The fixture occupies more wall than that once the backplate and cord are counted — 17.5″ overall for the small, 23″ for the large. Measure with those numbers when you are working out clearance above a console or beside a mirror.

Which one: the small projects 4.75″ and suits a corridor or a narrow landing where someone walks past. The large projects 6.5″ — better on an open wall, where the depth reads as presence rather than an obstacle. Both share the same ∅ 5″ round backplate and fit a standard wall junction box.

Lit from within, the stone warms to amber and every seam that was barely there in daylight rises to the surface. Light passes through rather than reflecting off, so the glow deepens where the stone runs thick and lifts where the veining thins — the bulb never shows, only the material carrying it.

The bulb decides this: what you see above is 2700K warm white. Bulbs are not included, so this is the one detail you control — fit 2700K to get the amber shown here. At 4000K and above, alabaster reads grey and clinical rather than warm, and the veining loses most of its depth.

Most wall sconces cantilever their shade out on an arm. This one hangs it from a woven cord looped through the backplate — a different piece of engineering, and the reason the whole fixture sits so close to the wall.

1 It Hangs Rather Than Reaches An arm has to push the shade away from the wall and hold it there. A cord only has to carry weight straight down, which is why this fixture projects a few inches rather than the foot a cantilevered sconce needs.	2 Woven, Not Cast The cord is a woven metal mesh rather than a solid rod bent to look like rope. Up close you can see the weave running through the knot, which is what gives it the softness a cast imitation never has.
3 Soft Metal Against Hard Stone The whole fixture is two materials in tension: a cord that reads as pliable, holding a drop of stone that plainly is not. Take away the knot and it becomes a shade on a bracket — the contrast is the design.	4 A Backplate That Stays Small Because the load runs straight down rather than out, the round backplate needs no bulk to counter it — ∅ 5″ on both sizes, sitting over a standard wall junction box with nothing extra showing around it.

Handling it: support the fixture by the backplate and cord when lifting or cleaning — never by the stone shade. Dust the metal with a dry, soft cloth; avoid household cleaners and abrasives on both the finish and the alabaster.

Spacing a pair: mount the backplates 28–36″ apart for the small size, 36–48″ for the large — roughly the width of the mirror or headboard they flank. Keep both backplates at the same height from the floor, between 60″ and 68″, so the two stones hang level.

Our standard return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Important: Items that have been installed, have broken wiring, or loose crystals are not eligible for return.

All returned items must meet the following requirements:

• Original Condition: Must be unused, unworn, and include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

• Complete Accessories: All accessories, manuals, and included items must be intact. Items requiring assembly must be returned unassembled.

• Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

Exceptions – Cannot Be Returned:

• Customized, modified, or special-order items (including products marked “Custom Invoice,” “Made to Order,” or “Final Sale”).

• Items not in their original condition or packaging (used or altered).

• Returns caused by misunderstanding the product listing.

2. Eligible for Returns/Exchanges

Customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement in the following cases:

3. Any item not delivered within 90 days.

4. Shipping Costs for Customer-Initiated Returns

If a return is initiated due to the customer’s personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact fee depends on the chosen courier service. Customer-related reasons include:

• The customer feels the product does not meet their expectations;

• The customer finds the size too small or too large;

• The customer believes the color does not match expectations;

• The customer wants to return the product for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind or no longer needs the item);

• The customer ordered the wrong item or quantity;

• The customer did not carefully read the product description and is surprised by the product’s features or specifications.

  We will refund to your payment account after returned once the refund approved. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund. 

  If you paid with a credit or debit card, we will refund your money to the same card once we receive your return. Refunds will take 5-7 business days.

  If you paid with PayPal, we will refund your money to your PayPal account once we receive your return. Refunds will take approximately 1-3 business days.

• Exchanges: We will process your return within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned item, and ship the replacement once the inspection is completed.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
