Warranty Policy

Hoailamp provides a 2-year quality warranty for all products listed on our website (bulbs are not included).

Within 2 years, if there are any quality issues with the installed products, please send photos or videos along with your order number and a detailed description of the issue to hoailamps@gmail.com Our engineer will respond within 24 hours.
(Note: Installation must be completed by a licensed electrician. Any issues caused by improper installation are not covered under this warranty policy.)

If the issue is caused by non-functioning accessories, a free replacement will be shipped via express delivery. For other issues such as circuit malfunctions or other complex causes, our engineer will assist in identifying the problem and provide solutions within 1–2 business days.

Note: Damages caused by improper use, human factors, or natural disasters are not covered under this warranty policy.

After the 2-year warranty period, replacements will still be free of charge, but customers will need to cover the shipping cost. Our technical support team will continue to provide professional assistance to help resolve any issues you encounter.
