The Veylin Square Crystal Cascade Chandelier hangs a dense curtain of faceted glass from a slim chrome frame, dropping in staggered lengths so the surface catches light at a hundred different angles rather than one.

Each strand is built bead by bead, joined with polished rings and hooked individually onto the frame — you can see the construction from below, which is the point. Four fine steel cables suspend the whole square from a single flush canopy, so from a distance the crystal appears to float with nothing holding it. Fourteen E14 sockets sit inside the curtain, invisible until they are lit.

Footprint — 23.6″ square	23.6″ on each side (60 cm), measured across the chrome frame. The glass hangs within that footprint, so nothing extends beyond it.
Fixture Height — 11.8″	11.8″ (30 cm) from the top of the frame to the lowest strand. Cable length is added on top of this figure.
Total Drop — 59″	59″ (1.5 m) at full length, canopy to the lowest strand. The four steel cables shorten on site, so the same fixture suits a standard 8′ ceiling or a stairwell.
Hanging Height	Hang the lowest strand 30″–36″ above the tabletop. Over an entry or a stairwell with nothing beneath, allow at least 7′ of floor clearance.
Which Table It Suits	A chandelier reads best at roughly half to two-thirds the table width. At 23.6″ square this suits a round or square table of 36″–48″, or a rectangular table up to about 60″ long.

Crystal fixtures at every price look similar in a photograph taken from across a room. The difference shows in the first six inches — how each piece is joined, and whether the structure was built to be seen.

1 One Ring, One Bead Every faceted piece is joined to the next with its own polished open ring — no glue, no moulded backing strip. It is slower to assemble, and it means a single damaged bead can be replaced without dismantling the strand.	2 Cut Facets, Not Pressed Ones The octagonal beads carry defined edges where one face meets the next, and those hard edges are what split light into colour. A rounded or softened facet returns a dull sheen instead — you can see the difference at this distance.
3 Hooked Along Every Edge The frame carries a line of small hooks along all four sides, evenly spaced, each holding one strand. That regular spacing is what lets the curtain read as a continuous surface rather than a set of separate ropes hanging near each other.	4 A Frame Built for the Load Inside the curtain, the chrome frame is a welded grid with the cables bolted to its corners — not clipped on. It carries 26.5 lbs of glass, which is why the structure is engineered rather than decorative.

Cleaning it: switch off and let the bulbs cool first. Dust with a dry, soft cloth or a soft brush — never spray cleaner over the assembled fixture, as liquid runs into the sockets. For a deeper clean, individual strands unhook from the frame and can be wiped away from the fixture, then hooked back on.

Switched off, the fixture works on daylight alone. Every facet picks up whatever light the room already has and returns it as a small hard glint, so the whole square reads as texture rather than a dark mass waiting to be turned on. From directly below you can see straight up through the strands to the frame.

The Whole Square Fills With Light

Lit, the light has to travel outward through layer after layer of glass before it leaves the fixture. Nothing shines straight down into the room — instead the entire volume warms from the inside, and the strands nearest the sockets glow brightest while the outer ones catch the light second-hand.

Fourteen bulbs, and none included: what you see here is 2700K warm white. Clear glass takes on whatever colour you put behind it — at 4000K and above the whole fixture reads blue and clinical rather than warm. Fit all fourteen with the same bulb so the light is even across the curtain.

Our standard return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Important: Items that have been installed, have broken wiring, or loose crystals are not eligible for return.

All returned items must meet the following requirements:

• Original Condition: Must be unused, unworn, and include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

• Complete Accessories: All accessories, manuals, and included items must be intact. Items requiring assembly must be returned unassembled.

• Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

Exceptions – Cannot Be Returned:

• Customized, modified, or special-order items (including products marked “Custom Invoice,” “Made to Order,” or “Final Sale”).

• Items not in their original condition or packaging (used or altered).

• Returns caused by misunderstanding the product listing.

2. Eligible for Returns/Exchanges

Customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement in the following cases:

1. The product is damaged due to quality issues or transportation.
   

2. Any item returned to sender undelivered.

3. Any item not delivered within 90 days.

For all eligible returns, we bear all costs and guarantee 100% return/refund or free replacement.

3. Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

4. Shipping Costs for Customer-Initiated Returns

If a return is initiated due to the customer’s personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact fee depends on the chosen courier service. Customer-related reasons include:

• The customer feels the product does not meet their expectations;

• The customer finds the size too small or too large;

• The customer believes the color does not match expectations;

• The customer wants to return the product for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind or no longer needs the item);

• The customer ordered the wrong item or quantity;

• The customer did not carefully read the product description and is surprised by the product’s features or specifications.

5. Return & Exchange Process

Before returning any items (within 30 days), please contact our customer service team. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

• Refunds:

  We will refund to your payment account after returned once the refund approved. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund. 

  If you paid with a credit or debit card, we will refund your money to the same card once we receive your return. Refunds will take 5-7 business days.

  If you paid with PayPal, we will refund your money to your PayPal account once we receive your return. Refunds will take approximately 1-3 business days.

• Exchanges: We will process your return within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned item, and ship the replacement once the inspection is completed.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

EU customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days without justification. The item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
