Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Period and Product Condition
Our standard return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Important: Items that have been installed, have broken wiring, or loose crystals are not eligible for return.
All returned items must meet the following requirements:

Original Condition: Must be unused, unworn, and include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

Complete Accessories: All accessories, manuals, and included items must be intact. Items requiring assembly must be returned unassembled.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.
Exceptions – Cannot Be Returned:

Customized, modified, or special-order items (including products marked “Custom Invoice,” “Made to Order,” or “Final Sale”).

Items not in their original condition or packaging (used or altered).

2. Eligible for Returns/Exchanges
Customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement in the following cases:

4. Shipping Costs for Customer-Initiated Returns
If a return is initiated due to the customer’s personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact fee depends on the chosen courier service. Customer-related reasons include:

Rhea Spanish Alabaster Saturn Pendant Light
A small planet, hung in stone.
A capsule of natural Spanish alabaster sits above a full alabaster globe, with a disc of smoke grey glass floating between them like the ring of Saturn. Lit, both stones glow at once, softer above the ring and brighter below. Choose a black or a brushed brass canopy and fittings.

A moon of Saturn, made of stone.
Rhea is the second largest moon of Saturn, a pale, icy world that circles the ringed planet once every four and a half days. In Greek myth she was a Titan, the mother of the gods. We named this pendant for her because it carries both ideas: a quiet companion with a great presence.
The shape comes straight from the sky. A rounded capsule above, a full globe below, and between them a thin disc of smoke grey glass, the ring that makes Saturn instantly recognisable. It is a simple outline, readable from across a room.
We carved the planet from Spanish alabaster because stone has the soft, lunar glow a real moon has: milky by day, warm and luminous at night, never sharp.

Every Rhea needs two shapes cut from Spanish alabaster, and both are finished by hand so the planet reads as one piece.
Chosen at the block
Raw Spanish alabaster is selected for clear, sound stone with no cracks through the pieces we need.
Cut and turned
Blocks are sawn to size, then turned slowly on the lathe into the rounded capsule and the full globe.
Hollowed by hand
Both pieces are carved out from within until the walls are thin enough for light to glow through.
Paired and polished
Capsule and globe are matched by tone, polished to a satin finish and assembled with the glass ring.
Because each pendant uses two pieces of stone, we match them by eye so the planet looks like one world, not two parts.
