The Oval Alabaster Pendant Light hangs a single capsule of natural alabaster from a slim brass fitting, the stone cut thin enough that light travels through it rather than off it. Every shade is carved from quarried stone, so the veining belongs to that piece alone and only fully shows itself once the pendant is on.

The oval has no edge and no seam, which is why it reads as an object rather than a fixture — unlit it sits quietly against a wall or ceiling; lit, it warms through to a soft honey glow with no bright spot anywhere on it. At 3.9″ and 4.7″ across, these are small by design: one over a nightstand, a pair either side of a mirror, or three in a row above a kitchen island, where their scale keeps the sightline open. Sizing tip: Both sizes are small by design, so over a dining table or island they work best in twos and threes rather than alone — that is what the three-light version is for. The two sizes differ in height as well as width, so pick one and stay with it across a single run. Beside a bed, a pair of the 4.7″ frees the nightstands the way a table lamp cannot.

Alabaster is one of the few materials that changes character when you switch it on. Because this shade is a single closed capsule with no opening at either end, the whole surface changes at once — there is no lit face and unlit back.

Unlit, the shade reads as quiet white with only the faintest grain showing, and the brass fitting is the single warm note. There is no bulb visible and no opening to look into — by daylight it behaves like a small carved object hanging from the ceiling.

Lit, the whole capsule warms to honey-gold and the grain that was almost invisible draws itself across the surface. Because light passes through the stone rather than escaping from an opening, there is no glare from any angle — which is why it works beside a bed.

The honey tone comes from the bulb. What you see on the right is a warm-white source at around 2700K. Fit cool white at 4000K or above and the same stone turns grey rather than gold — the single most common reason an alabaster fixture disappoints. Bulbs are not included; the socket takes a G9 base, and an LED runs far cooler inside a closed stone shade than halogen does.

The Three-Light Option

Three Pendants, Not One Fixture

 

The three-light version is exactly that — three separate pendants, each with its own cord and its own canopy. They are not joined by a bar or a shared plate, which changes both what you can do with them and what your electrician needs to know.

Three Ceiling Boxes Required

Because each pendant mounts on its own canopy, a three-light set needs three junction boxes rather than one. Worth confirming with your electrician before the drywall goes up — adding a box afterwards is the expensive part, not the fixture.

Space Them However You Like

A linear bar locks the spacing at whatever the manufacturer decided. Separate pendants do not — set them 24–30″ apart over an island, wider over a long counter, or stagger the heights down a stairwell. The arrangement is yours.

They Do Not Have to Sit Together

Three separate pendants can go three separate places — two either side of a bed and one in the hallway, or one each over a sink, a counter and a breakfast table. Buying the set is often simply the cheaper way to get three.

One Batch of Stone

Ordering the set means all three shades are cut around the same time, so their veining sits closer in tone than three ordered separately. They will still not be identical — that is the nature of natural stone, and part of why a row of them looks collected rather than manufactured.

Before you order the set: Check you have three ceiling boxes where you want the pendants, or budget for an electrician to add them. Each cord is shortened on site, so the three can hang level or staggered as you prefer — decide that before installation rather than after, and set all three drops in one go so the line reads even.

1. Return Period and Product Condition

Our standard return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Important: Items that have been installed, have broken wiring, or loose crystals are not eligible for return.

All returned items must meet the following requirements:

• Original Condition: Must be unused, unworn, and include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

• Complete Accessories: All accessories, manuals, and included items must be intact. Items requiring assembly must be returned unassembled.

• Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

Exceptions – Cannot Be Returned:

• Customized, modified, or special-order items (including products marked “Custom Invoice,” “Made to Order,” or “Final Sale”).

• Items not in their original condition or packaging (used or altered).

• Returns caused by misunderstanding the product listing.

2. Eligible for Returns/Exchanges

Customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement in the following cases:

1. The product is damaged due to quality issues or transportation.
   

2. Any item returned to sender undelivered.

3. Any item not delivered within 90 days.

For all eligible returns, we bear all costs and guarantee 100% return/refund or free replacement.

3. Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

1. Products that do not qualify for the 30-day return policy.
   

2. Bespoke, custom, or special-ordered products.

3. Products not in original condition or packaging.

4. Shipping Costs for Customer-Initiated Returns

If a return is initiated due to the customer’s personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact fee depends on the chosen courier service. Customer-related reasons include:

• The customer feels the product does not meet their expectations;

• The customer finds the size too small or too large;

• The customer believes the color does not match expectations;

• The customer wants to return the product for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind or no longer needs the item);

• The customer ordered the wrong item or quantity;

• The customer did not carefully read the product description and is surprised by the product’s features or specifications.

5. Return & Exchange Process

Before returning any items (within 30 days), please contact our customer service team. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Before sending your package, you must contact Hoailamp via email to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Items sent without authorization may not be processed.

• Take photos of the product and packaging before shipping to show it is in original condition.

Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing

• Refunds:

  We will refund to your payment account after returned once the refund approved. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund. 

  If you paid with a credit or debit card, we will refund your money to the same card once we receive your return. Refunds will take 5-7 business days.

  If you paid with PayPal, we will refund your money to your PayPal account once we receive your return. Refunds will take approximately 1-3 business days.

• Exchanges: We will process your return within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned item, and ship the replacement once the inspection is completed.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

EU customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days without justification. The item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

• Order Cancellation: Within 24 hours of confirmation, free of charge.

• Custom Items: Cannot be canceled.

• Non-Custom Items:
