Where It Belongs	Dining rooms, living rooms, bedrooms, entryways, kitchens, hallways, walk-in closets and bathrooms. Because it mounts flush, it suits 8 ft ceilings and above — the rooms where a hanging chandelier sits too low to be practical.
Choosing Your Size	Measure the ceiling area you want it to fill, not the floor. The small reads well in rooms up to roughly 10 x 12 ft; the large needs about 12 x 14 ft or more to sit comfortably. Over a dining table, choose the size closest to half the table width.
Installation	Hardwired flush mount, no downrod. Fit E12 candelabra bulbs, max 40W each — bulbs sold separately, and 2700K warm white is what brings out the crystal. Works with a standard wall switch; for dimming, use dimmable E12 bulbs and a compatible dimmer.

Before you order: hold a tape across the ceiling at 23.6″ and again at 32″ and see which spread suits the room — on a ceiling the difference between the two sizes is bigger than it looks on screen. The fixture is hardwired and carries the weight of iron and glass, so the junction box needs to be rated for it and the work should go to a licensed electrician.

Three Weeks of Work, Held to a Ceiling

Nothing here is stamped out in one pass. The branch is bent, the leaves are cut, the crystals are threaded — each by hand, in that order.

Step One

Every Branch Set at Its Own Angle

Each stem is bent over a form and welded to the canopy individually, at a slightly different angle and reach, so the branch looks grown rather than assembled. A collar of hand-cut leaves closes over the joins, hiding the welds and the wiring at the same time.

Step Two

Leaves Cut, Serrated and Curled One by One

Every leaf is cut from sheet iron, notched along the edge and curled by hand, then finished in antique silver and worn back so the raised veins catch the light while the hollows stay dark. Because the wearing is done by hand, the pattern never repeats from one leaf to the next.

Step Three

Crystals Threaded Link by Link

Faceted octagons are wired into chains one bead at a time and finished with a teardrop at the tip, then hung at staggered lengths across the branch. Hanging them evenly would be faster; hanging them unevenly is what makes the light fall like rain rather than like a fringe.

Hand-Made Variation

No Two Are Alike

Everything above is done by hand, which means your fixture will differ from the photographs in small ways. Here is exactly where to expect it.

Finish	The wear on the antique silver falls differently on every leaf and stem, so some pieces read a shade lighter and some darker than the images.
Crystal fall	Strand lengths are set by eye rather than measured, so the pattern of the drop varies from one fixture to the next.
Iron	Faint tool marks, soft seams and slight asymmetry in the branch are left in rather than polished out.

These are the marks of a hand-made piece rather than defects, and they are what keep it from looking machine-pressed. Anything that arrives broken, missing or faulty is a different matter entirely — send us a photo and we will put it right.

Usually a bare fitting or a downlight. Swapping it out is the cheapest way to make a dressing room feel like part of the house. Small size, warm bulbs, and keep it clear of the rail.

One thing to check first: find the ceiling spot you want and make sure there is a junction box there, or budget for an electrician to run one. Rooms like closets and entryways often have a fitting in the wrong place, and moving it is the part people forget to plan for.

Our standard return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Important: Items that have been installed, have broken wiring, or loose crystals are not eligible for return.

All returned items must meet the following requirements:

• Original Condition: Must be unused, unworn, and include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

• Complete Accessories: All accessories, manuals, and included items must be intact. Items requiring assembly must be returned unassembled.

• Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

Exceptions – Cannot Be Returned:

• Customized, modified, or special-order items (including products marked “Custom Invoice,” “Made to Order,” or “Final Sale”).

• Items not in their original condition or packaging (used or altered).

• Returns caused by misunderstanding the product listing.

2. Eligible for Returns/Exchanges

Customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement in the following cases:

1. The product is damaged due to quality issues or transportation.
   

2. Any item returned to sender undelivered.

3. Any item not delivered within 90 days.

4. Shipping Costs for Customer-Initiated Returns

If a return is initiated due to the customer’s personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact fee depends on the chosen courier service. Customer-related reasons include:

• The customer finds the size too small or too large;

• The customer believes the color does not match expectations;

• The customer wants to return the product for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind or no longer needs the item);
