The Fleuriane Tulip Crystal Wall Sconce grows out of its backplate the way a cut stem does — three iron stalks rising at different heights, each opening into a tulip cup that holds a candle bulb, with leaves curling off the stems and strands of faceted crystal hanging between them. Nothing on it is symmetrical, because nothing about a bunch of flowers is.

The iron is finished by hand in an antiqued silver-gold, worn back in places so the darker metal shows through. That mottled surface is deliberate: it gives the leaves and petals the look of metalwork that has been on a wall for decades rather than something stamped last month. The crystals hang on fine chain and move slightly in a draught, catching light from the bulbs above them.

Where It Belongs	Bedside walls, hallways, powder rooms, dressing areas and either side of a mirror. Allow 8″ of clear wall on each side and at least 24″ of wall above the centre point so the tallest stem is not pressed against a ceiling line or a cornice.
Setting the Height	Centre it 60–66″ off the floor in a hallway or beside a mirror, and nearer 48″ beside a bed. Hanging a pair, set both boxes at the same height and their centres at least 36″ apart, or the outer stems start to read as one mass.
Installation	Hardwired wall mount, with the round backplate covering a standard junction box. Fit three E12 or E14 candle bulbs — bulbs sold separately, and clear flame-tip at 2700K is the intended look. Works with a standard wall switch; for dimming, use dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer.

Before you order: the outline is not a rectangle. Stems lean out, leaves project and crystals hang below the lowest bulb, so the piece occupies more wall than its measurements suggest. Mark 13″ by 19″ on the wall with tape and stand back before you commit — particularly beside a mirror, a door frame or a run of panelling.

About the Finish

The Wear Is the Finish

Read this before the parcel arrives. The metal on this sconce is mottled, patchy and darker in places — that is the antiquing, applied and then worn back by hand. It is not damage, and it is not a fault.

Unlit

Patchy by Design

Silver-gold laid over darker metal, then rubbed back so the base shows through in a broken pattern. Up close it looks like a piece that has been on a wall for years. That is the whole intention — a smooth, even coat would make it look like a reproduction.

Lit

Warm Light Finds the High Points

Switched on, the bulbs catch the raised edges of the petals and leaves while the recesses stay dark. An even finish would reflect flatly; a worn one gives the metal depth and shadow the moment the light is on.

What You Will See	What It Is
Patches of darker metal	The antiquing, worn back to the base by hand. Every piece wears differently, so yours will not match these photographs exactly.
Speckling and mottling	Deliberate texture in the finish, heaviest on the petals and leaves where the metal is worked hardest.
Slight tone shifts	Silver reads cooler on the leaves and warmer on the stems depending on the angle and the light in your room.
No two pieces alike	Hand finishing means a pair will read as a pair, but the wear will fall in different places on each.
What is not normal	Bent stems, a cracked crystal or a missing drop are transit damage, not finish. Send us a photo and we will put it right.

One thing to avoid: do not try to clean the finish up. Metal polish, a magic eraser or an abrasive cloth will strip the antiquing back to bright metal in the exact places the maker worked hardest, and it cannot be put back. A dry, soft cloth is all this needs, for the life of the fixture.

If You Are Ordering More Than One
Order Them Together	The finish is antiqued by hand and shifts slightly from batch to batch. Pieces made in the same run sit closer together than two ordered months apart.
Matched, Not Identical	A pair reads as a pair, but the wear falls in different places on each piece. That is the finish doing what it is meant to do, not a mismatch.
Same Height, Same Bulbs	Set every junction box at the same height off the floor, and buy all the bulbs in one pack. With the bulbs exposed, a stray colour temperature shows across the whole wall.
Wiring Twice	Each fixture needs its own junction box. If an electrician is already running one, adding the others in the same visit costs far less than calling them back.

Our standard return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Important: Items that have been installed, have broken wiring, or loose crystals are not eligible for return.

All returned items must meet the following requirements:

• Original Condition: Must be unused, unworn, and include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

• Complete Accessories: All accessories, manuals, and included items must be intact. Items requiring assembly must be returned unassembled.

• Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

Exceptions – Cannot Be Returned:

• Customized, modified, or special-order items (including products marked “Custom Invoice,” “Made to Order,” or “Final Sale”).

• Items not in their original condition or packaging (used or altered).

• Returns caused by misunderstanding the product listing.

2. Eligible for Returns/Exchanges

Customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement in the following cases:

3. Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

4. Shipping Costs for Customer-Initiated Returns

If a return is initiated due to the customer’s personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact fee depends on the chosen courier service. Customer-related reasons include:

• The customer feels the product does not meet their expectations;

• The customer finds the size too small or too large;

• The customer believes the color does not match expectations;

• The customer wants to return the product for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind or no longer needs the item);

• The customer ordered the wrong item or quantity;

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
