The Hollis Hammered Iron Chandelier hangs from four flat-link chains beneath a squared canopy, its six arms angling out and then turning sharply upward to lift each shade clear of the frame. Every surface carries a hand-hammered texture that catches light unevenly the way forged metal should.

The arms are flat bar rather than round tube, so the fixture reads as drawn in straight lines from below while the tapered fabric shades soften everything above the table. Light passes through the linen-look fabric rather than spilling downward, which keeps the glow diffuse across a whole dining table instead of pooling in the centre. Chain Suspension	Four flat-link chains hang from a squared canopy. Links can be removed on site to shorten the drop, so the same fixture suits a standard 8′ ceiling or a raised one.
Hanging Height	Hang the base of the arms 30″–36″ above the tabletop. On ceilings above 8′, add roughly 3″ of drop per extra foot. Hardwired install — we recommend a licensed electrician.
Which Table It Suits	At 35.8″, this chandelier sits best over a round or square table 48″–60″ across, or a rectangular table of similar width. That keeps roughly 6″ of clear surface beyond the shades on each side.

Before you order: A chandelier reads best at roughly half to two-thirds the width of the table below it. Measure your ceiling height first, then work backwards: ceiling height minus hanging height minus 18.9″ of fixture gives you the chain length you need. Confirm your ceiling box is rated to carry the weight before installation day.

1 Dimples, Not a Coating The texture is worked into the metal itself, not sprayed or printed onto a smooth surface. Run a hand along an arm and you feel the depressions — which is also why the finish cannot chip off the way a textured paint eventually does.	2 Why It Matters Once It Is Lit Six bulbs sit above the arms, so light rakes across the metal from directly overhead. A smooth bar would return one long flat highlight; this surface breaks it into dozens of small ones and the frame reads as depth rather than silhouette.
3 It Carries Through the Chains The four flat-link chains and the squared canopy carry the same treatment as the arms. Nothing above the shades is left plain, which is the part most fixtures quietly skip because nobody looks up.	4 Rough Metal, Smooth Cloth The whole fixture is two textures and nothing more: worked iron below, plain woven fabric above. That contrast is the design — take away the texture and it becomes an ordinary black frame with shades on it.

The ironwork: dust with a soft brush rather than a cloth — the dimpled surface holds a little more dust than a flat one, and bristles reach into it properly. Avoid household cleaners and anything abrasive on the finish.

The shades: a soft brush or a vacuum on its lowest setting. Do not wet them, and do not use fabric cleaner.

1. Return Period and Product Condition

Our standard return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Important: Items that have been installed, have broken wiring, or loose crystals are not eligible for return.

All returned items must meet the following requirements:

• Original Condition: Must be unused, unworn, and include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

• Complete Accessories: All accessories, manuals, and included items must be intact. Items requiring assembly must be returned unassembled.

• Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

Exceptions – Cannot Be Returned:

• Customized, modified, or special-order items (including products marked “Custom Invoice,” “Made to Order,” or “Final Sale”).

• Items not in their original condition or packaging (used or altered).

• Returns caused by misunderstanding the product listing.

2. Eligible for Returns/Exchanges

Customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement in the following cases:

1. The product is damaged due to quality issues or transportation.
   

2. Any item returned to sender undelivered.

3. Any item not delivered within 90 days.

For all eligible returns, we bear all costs and guarantee 100% return/refund or free replacement.

3. Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

4. Shipping Costs for Customer-Initiated Returns

If a return is initiated due to the customer’s personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact fee depends on the chosen courier service. Customer-related reasons include:

• The customer feels the product does not meet their expectations;

• The customer finds the size too small or too large;

• The customer believes the color does not match expectations;

• The customer wants to return the product for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind or no longer needs the item);

• The customer ordered the wrong item or quantity;

• The customer did not carefully read the product description and is surprised by the product’s features or specifications.

5. Return & Exchange Process

Before returning any items (within 30 days), please contact our customer service team. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

• Refunds:

  We will refund to your payment account after returned once the refund approved. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund. 

  If you paid with a credit or debit card, we will refund your money to the same card once we receive your return. Refunds will take 5-7 business days.

  If you paid with PayPal, we will refund your money to your PayPal account once we receive your return. Refunds will take approximately 1-3 business days.

• Exchanges: We will process your return within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned item, and ship the replacement once the inspection is completed.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
