Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Period and Product Condition
Our standard return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Important: Items that have been installed, have broken wiring, or loose crystals are not eligible for return.
All returned items must meet the following requirements:

Complete Accessories: All accessories, manuals, and included items must be intact. Items requiring assembly must be returned unassembled.

Loria began as a table lamp: a ring of glass under a brass cap, named for the gloria, the painter’s halo of light. The floor lamp asks a simple question: what if that halo stood beside your chair instead of on a table?
Raising it to 50.4″ puts the glass ring just above a seated shoulder, exactly where reading light should come from. The stem stays as slim as a pencil line, and the walnut sleeve low on the stem gives you a natural place to hold, so moving the lamp feels as natural as pulling a chair closer.
