The Ramus Sculptural Branch Floor Lamp grows out of the floor like a small tree: a solid cast brass trunk in a gold finish, splitting into three branches that each carry a tapered fabric shade at a different height. The casting is left rough — knots, seams and runs of metal intact — so it reads as a bronze sculpture that happens to give light.

The three shades sit at different levels and face slightly different ways, so the lamp lights a whole corner rather than one bright spot. It stands on three root-like cast feet instead of a disc base, so it tucks in beside a sofa arm or an armchair with nothing heavy in the way.

The whole trunk is cast in solid brass and left with the marks the mould made: knots, seams, a run of metal down one side. Nothing is sanded smooth, because the roughness is the point.

Every casting takes the gold finish slightly differently, so no two branches catch the light in the same places.

Measure the span, not the height	The branches reach 41.3″ to 49.2″ across. Leave that much clear floor plus a hand's width, or a branch will sit over the sofa arm.
Beside a sofa or armchair	The 59.1″ standard. The lowest shade lands near shoulder height when you are seated, which is where reading light should come from.
In an entry or a tall room	The 86.6″ version. At 220 cm it reads as a small tree, so give it a corner and at least a metre of clear floor each side.
Under a low ceiling	Below 8 ft, choose the standard size. The tall one leaves very little air above the top shade and starts to feel crowded.
On a rug	Both sizes stand on three cast feet. On a deep pile rug, press each foot down until the lamp sits level before you switch it on.

Before it arrives: clear the corner first. At 12 kg and up it is not a lamp you shuffle around once the room is set, and the branches need their full span.

The Design

Leave the Casting Alone

Most metal lighting is made smooth: the casting is ground, filled and polished until every trace of how it was made has gone. This one keeps all of it — the knots, the ridge where the mould halves met, the run of brass that cooled mid-drip.

Three plain fabric shades sit on top of that, deliberately quiet. The contrast is the design: a rough branch, a clean cone, and nothing else competing.

The Material

Solid Brass, Not Gold Paint

Branch-form floor lamps are usually resin or plated steel sprayed gold. Here is what changes when the casting is brass.

The short version: gold paint can copy the colour of brass from across the room. It cannot copy the weight, and weight is what keeps a branch lamp standing.

Our standard return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Important: Items that have been installed, have broken wiring, or loose crystals are not eligible for return.

All returned items must meet the following requirements:

• Original Condition: Must be unused, unworn, and include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

• Complete Accessories: All accessories, manuals, and included items must be intact. Items requiring assembly must be returned unassembled.

• Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

Exceptions – Cannot Be Returned:

• Customized, modified, or special-order items (including products marked “Custom Invoice,” “Made to Order,” or “Final Sale”).

• Items not in their original condition or packaging (used or altered).

• Returns caused by misunderstanding the product listing.

2. Eligible for Returns/Exchanges

Customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement in the following cases:

3. Any item not delivered within 90 days.

4. Shipping Costs for Customer-Initiated Returns

If a return is initiated due to the customer’s personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact fee depends on the chosen courier service. Customer-related reasons include:

• The customer believes the color does not match expectations;

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
