The Soffio Tiered Alabaster Table Lamp is shaped from natural Spanish alabaster, from its softly puffed, three-tier shade to its quatrefoil column. Like a breath of air caught in stone, each rounded layer swells gently into the next, while the four-lobed, fluted column gives the base a sculptural profile. Lit from within, the stone glows warm and soft and reveals its grey-green veining. It is a quiet, organic stone table lamp for modern, wabi-sabi and organic interiors.
Soffio comes in two sizes. The Small (Ø 7.9″ × H 11″) suits a nightstand, desk or bookshelf. The Large (Ø 11.8″ × H 16.5″) makes a statement on a console, sideboard or living room side table. Used together, the two sizes make an easy pair.
Each size is available with an E14 or E27 bulb socket, max 40W. The bulb is sold separately; a 3000K warm white bulb is recommended. Soffio is dimmer-compatible with a dimmable bulb, has an inline switch on a 1.5 m cord, and runs on AC 110–240V. It carries UL, CE and SAA certification and is covered by a 720-day warranty. Because alabaster is a natural stone, veining, tone and translucency vary from piece to piece, so no two lamps are exactly alike.

Setup in 4 StepsUnpack, place, add the bulb, switch on
1Unpack with care. Lift the lamp by the column and shade with both hands; alabaster is heavy and can chip if knocked.
2Place it. Set Soffio on a flat, stable surface away from water and direct heat.
3Add the bulb. Fit one bulb that matches your socket (E14 or E27, max 40W, sold separately); 3000K warm white is recommended.
4Switch on. Plug in and use the inline switch on the cord.
Caring for Your SoffioKeep the stone dry and dust-free
·Dust gently. Use a soft, dry brush or cloth when the lamp is off and cool.
·No water or cleaners. Alabaster is porous; liquids and sprays can mark it.
·Avoid knocks. Natural stone can chip; take care when moving the lamp.
·Change bulbs cool. Unplug the lamp and let the bulb cool before changing it.

Customized products: Customized lighting fixtures require additional production time. Please note that the processing of such orders may require an extra 5-12 business days, and the total estimated delivery time will be extended accordingly.

Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We understand that you want every item you purchase to perfectly suit your home. To ensure a pleasant and worry-free shopping experience, please read the following policy carefully before making your purchase.
1. Return Period and Product Condition
Our standard return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Important: Items that have been installed, have broken wiring, or loose crystals are not eligible for return.
All returned items must meet the following requirements:

Original Condition: Must be unused, unworn, and include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

Complete Accessories: All accessories, manuals, and included items must be intact. Items requiring assembly must be returned unassembled.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.
Exceptions – Cannot Be Returned:

Customized, modified, or special-order items (including products marked “Custom Invoice,” “Made to Order,” or “Final Sale”).

Items not in their original condition or packaging (used or altered).

2. Eligible for Returns/Exchanges
Customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement in the following cases:

For all eligible returns, we bear all costs and guarantee 100% return/refund or free replacement.
3. Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

4. Shipping Costs for Customer-Initiated Returns
If a return is initiated due to the customer’s personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact fee depends on the chosen courier service. Customer-related reasons include:

The customer finds the size too small or too large;

The customer believes the color does not match expectations;

The customer wants to return the product for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind or no longer needs the item);

Before sending your package, you must contact Hoailamp via email to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Items sent without authorization may not be processed.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

The quiet companion
The Small Soffio has the same three tiers and fluted column, gathered into a compact, almost hand-held form. It sits easily on a nightstand, a desk or between books on a shelf, where it adds a pool of warm light without crowding the surface.
Lit, the tiers glow one into the next like soft cushions of light, low enough to read by in bed.
The calm centrepiece
The Large Soffio gives every tier room to swell. On a console, sideboard or living room side table it reads as a piece of sculpture first, a lamp second, with the grey-green veining spread wide across the shade.
Lit, the broad lower tier throws a warm halo onto the surface below, and the stone shows its full depth of tone.

A breath, held in stone
Soffio means a breath, a soft puff of air. We wanted a lamp that felt the opposite of hard stone: something rounded and gentle, as if the alabaster had been inflated rather than carved.
So the shade is built in three tiers, each one a little smaller than the one below, each edge softly rounded like a cushion. Beneath it, the column is shaped from four fluted lobes, a quatrefoil that catches light and shadow as you walk around it. Every part is natural Spanish alabaster, so the same grey-green veins run from the base to the top.
By day it is calm and pale. At night the light rises through every layer, and the stone seems to breathe out a warm, even glow.

Paler and more even. Milky stone with only fine veins, for the calmest, softest look.
Stronger veining. Clear grey-green veins, for more character when the lamp is off.
Warmer, honey-toned. Creamier stone that glows a deeper gold at night.
Shade & column matched. We match the tiers and column closely in tone, across a pair too.
Heavier marks to the back. If a tier has a heavier vein, we turn that side towards the wall.
Matched to another piece. Send a photo of alabaster you already own and we will look for a similar tone.
